If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, remotes, and manuals.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
